The focus of the Lost City Museum is the ancient Anasazi, the Ancestral Puebloan People who lived along the nearby Muddy River.
The museum includes three exhibition galleries, a research library, and a museum store. Outdoor exhibits include a Native American pit house and reconstructed pueblos, which visitors may enter.
